The noise from the conference center was unbearable. I was placed in a room that gave the feeling of it was right next to a high-traffic area, which completely ruined my experience. The staff did not seem concerned about my discomfort, and checking in was awkward, with no warm welcome whatsoever.

The staff provided really good service, especially at breakfast, where the variety was excellent and local fish was a standout option. A warm welcome from the doorman. The ground-floor room offered limited views, while higher floors had fine waterfront sights. Though the pool area was decent, it was less vibrant than expected during peak hours, and the dining options could have been more diverse at lunch.
